I did three installation of projeqtor for test, once under windows7 32bits, another in windows 10 64 bits and last one in windows server 2013 64 bits, in fisrt case when I setup email it's work fine except for the two latest cases, may someone could help and am I wrong to my undestanding of the issue regarding windows 32 and 64 bits

Under windows, you must use remote SMTP server.
There is no local SMTP server like existing on linux.
I setup a remote SMTP server in three cases
Connection fails.
try and force protocole adding ssl:// or tls:// before smtp server name and check password...
Also try with port 995 which appears on ovh user guide, or 587 with TLS
and also check that ssl module is enabled on your PHP server (checl projeqtor log file and apache error log file)
I try everything but it's doesn't work, any way we will move to linux server so i hope i'll not meet the same issue
