I am using 9.0.4 version of the software and want to add some Description when creating a Project or a Activity but do not see a way to enter data. I can only see the Description Tab below but no text box to enter data.
There is any other way to enable the field ?

Do you have any Error ? (javascript error in the console ?)
Maybe cleaning browser cache may help
