While I try to import datas from on instance of projeqtor V5.3.5 to an other with the same, I got this error on logs

the process is simply export project to csv form the first instance, then import on the second.
Please help me =)

This is a fresh new install yesterday with this tuto (if you want to know exactly what has been done)

actually only projeqtor is running on this instance, but I'll need php7 for other uses
I attached the file from the 1st instance, which is running basic LAMP on debian with apache2 and php5
I could reproduce issue with your CSV file.
I will analyse and let you informed.

It is an issue produced only under PHP 7.
ProjeQtOr V5.3 is not validated under PHP 7.
This issue will be fixed on V5.4.0
