Following Error messages shows in log file, please help me to understand and resolve it.

I tried, but it couldn't be found again, I just want to clear that, is it possible due to network issue? Because It's found that when we connect any VPN then LAN not work. And it is only a reason with me but I can't find it again through preparing same scenario.
