The texte dispalyed is defined in Global parameter "title of email on allocation change"
Just fix it.
Byt default, it contains "[${dbName}] Allocation of resource ${responsible} has been changed on Project ${project}"

I'm sorry I'm not understand.

The problem is that the email sent to ressources which have entered all their real work receive an email. And this email contains the value "1".

The project manager reveive a board with the resources which have not entered their work and the value "1" for the resources are OK.

Go to screen "Global parameters" and look for parameter called "title of email on allocation change"
Value should be as defined previously.
I guess value is now "1".

Be sure to stop / restart the CRON process, so that is uses new code.
