Could you post a screen of your message please.

Check configuration of access rights to message.
If you defined a project for the message (that is not applied for Login screen display) and have restricted visibility, you may loose access.

I've created the messages on the menu "Messages" as ADM (Adminitrator) who has a Manager+ right over Messages.

I didn't choose any profil, project or user and I've selected the option "show on login screen". The type of the last message is "INFORMATION", the other ones I don't remember

The message is shown in the login screen but not in Messages menu (even with the closed option selected).

In the database, I find all my messages. Do you see something that prevents me to see them under ProjeQtOr?

1) try and reset display for columns

If usue persits :
2) check for errors in projector log file
3) check for errors in browser console.

the problem is related to the browser. with Chrome I have several issues on display ( including the alignement of the headers on version 8.3.2).

Using Firefox, I can see my messages, now.

Can you tell me which browser is the most compatible, please?

Projeqtor is compatible with most common browsers (IE11, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, Safari, ...)
These is no "most compatible" browser.
IE11 may be the "less compatible" but we maintain compatibility with it.

For your header issue, I guess it is some cahcing issue : just clear your browser cache.

I write you again on this issue, because I can't see my messages no matter which browser I use.

I have no error on ProjeQtOr log and in the Browser Console, I don't really what to look for, but I saw this under Chrome (version : 80.0.3987.132 (Build officiel) (64 bits)) :

Does this provides you more information to help me solving my problem? Is it the XMLHttpRequest that is no longer compatible with browser's newer versions?

Yes, I did both, but nothing changed.
Under Chrome and Firefox.

Please check Project Selector.
If project is selected, only messages for this project are displayed.

I did a test and I realised that if my messages aren't attached to a project, I can't see them, even without any project slected,
As long as I associate my message to a project, I see it on the list, with its project selected or without any projects selected.

My conclusion is that we need to give a message a project all the time. Is that right?

All depends on access rights you defined for mails :

You need to have "reader+" access to see mail that don't have a project.
With rights "Readeré, you'll only see email of project you are allocated to.
With "No access" you won't see any mail.
Other rights don"t have any meaning for emails, as you can't create / update emails. This screen is readonly.
