until the new version 10.4.3, it is impossible to copy a project. it's work with activity but not with project.
Our process need to copy a "template" project with activities structure, normally everything works but until 10.4.3 it's not, and no error message... on screen and also nothing on log file...
Copy of project works fine since ...
... well, I don't remember, it's a very old feature.
We also have dedicated Project Type "Template", that should exactly fit the need you explain.
yes I know we use it until few years, and it is just until today, after upgrade the new version ...
Before that everything was ok...
Did you clean browser cache ?
Please detail what does not work ...
What you do, step by step, what you expect, what you get ...
Any issue in projeqtor log file ?
Any issue in browser console ?
this is the same problem on different computer (so i'm not sur this is a cache browser problem)
there is nothing en log file (see attached file)
what we are doing ( And we did it, until few years and everything passed normaly)
and a project list, we selected the template project
we click the "3 points" additionnal menu
click on the first icon (copy the element)
change the name of the copy and validate by ok button
then the hourglass turns during creation ...
and also no message !!! normally we've got message explain that the element is perfectly copying !!! now no message ... the hourglass stop and nothing is changing ....
no new project is creating .... ?????
I scratch the project model failed and redo a new one... everything is ok ...
