Providers menu is not is the Financial section, but in Environmental parameters.

You're right. Providers did'nt appear anymore in environmental parameters too.

I found the error, but I am not able to explain it to me :
- I duplicate administrator profile into a new named profile in order to get extended privileges, but a bit less than adminstrator profile.

When I duplicate administrator profile, I get this strange behaviour that I did'nt face with older versions of projeqtor.

So, I did a backup of my data, drop the base, reinstall projeqtor and reimport my data. I did'nt duplicate the administrator profile and I now face the right behaviour.

I think duplicatinf profile is a bad idea. I will try to creat new one from scratch and check the behaviour.

I just tested : copy admin profile as adminnew.
Created new user newadmin with profile adminnew.
Connected as new admin : I can see providers.

Copy of profile is the good idea : you will get same rights as copied one, and will just have to change what is different.
If you create new one, you'll have to define all the access rights (including in workflows)
