These messages are configuration checks introduced in V5.1 to avoir issues due to non respect of prerequisites.
The messages you have are just warning (in pink) and non blocking, si there is no réal fix.
If you want to avoid these warnings you just have to install corresponding php module.
Without them you may have some nonfunctioning feature. For instance without imap, you won't be able to retreive response to emails sent by projeqtor, to store the response in notes of item.
