Hi,

Today, I encountered an unusual issue while updating the workflow for the recorded process stages: Requirement Gathering/Documentation, Development, Internal Testing (QC), UAT, Observation/Changes Closure, and Deployment for Users (Production). Initially, the addition of steps was saved without any problem. However, when I included "Done" and "Close" in the workflow and saved it, I observed that it created a loop in the process (please see the attached image for details).

Remarkably, when attempting to cancel the workflow, the record appears to be saved successfully. The same anomaly is occurring when attempting to change activity statuses. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
