Hi,
We moved from version v11 to v12.3.3.

Our teams in Poland noticed that certain screens were no longer displayed correctly, replaced by a red rectangle.
- Example with the Timesheet screen

We tried different browsers, with the same result.

After several investigative tests, we found that if we changed the browser language to English or French, it worked again.
- The Windows system language has no impact.
- The language in the projeqtor user profile has no impact.

Difficult to investigate on this subject without a browser in polish language
But possibly the issue is not the language, but a plugin that tries and translate things into polish and sets the messe.
Try and disable all broser plugins.

Hi,

I asked my Polish teams to deactivate the plugins. Test done on Chrome and Firefox.
We have the same problem.
In fact, some didn't have a plugin at all.

Personally, I reproduced the problem from France, by switching my browser to Polish with Chrome.

Thanks again for your help.

Hi,
I could not reproduce issue with Chrome, stting language as polish.

Even when activating translation of pages, all works fine.

Can you please post your configuration of chrome to set language into polish ?

Hi,

Here are the settings we used in our internet browser.

For your information, we have updated to version 12.5.0, and the problem no longer occurs.

I therefore suggest we close this thread.

Thank you and have a good day.
