hello, until the last version, 10.3.1, on ticket, the work left is read only... it cannot possible to close the ticket because left work and cannot put the left work at 0, because is read only ...

Hi,
This is standard behavior (existing since tickets exist in projeqtor)
Left work is readonly, automatically set to zero when ticket is done.
We had an issue on 10.2 that "opened" the left work, but this is an error as left is always recalculated (cannot be manually updated).
This issue is fixed on 10.3.1
