Hi.
I'm facing strange values on ticket type column, while performing a search on Tickets (simple) screen. Please see the image:
This result shows only while logged as Administrator, other users with different access levels find the correct ticket type values. The issue happens with most recent version v9.0.4, both for old and new graphic interface.
I've checked the log files, too, looking for possible errors .. and found nothing.

We are unable to reproduce this error.
Maybe try to refresh your browser cache.
Also test to also click on "reset" in the organization of your columns.
If despite this the error persists, send us the capture of your javascript console of your browser and the ticket types screen.

This workaround works fine, but there must be an issue somewhere.
