Currently the resource planning view does not show work to be done on tickets.
This means, that apart from the listing, the resource is supposed to do additional work on tickets also.
Thus the view does not show the complete workload on the resource.
Desired:
Since the resource spends time on tickets also, they also should be displayed, at par with the project activities.

No,
Tickets are not planned and will never be shown on Gantt chart.
User can see them on Diary.
