Here is another blocker bug (gak! gasp! help! Help!)
Here is a screenshot of Today screen, Start Guide section.
In the list, the last column is supposed to show a tip about the field.
If the field does not have data, its tip breaks the column (see the Contacts entry.)
Even the font is different (this tip uses black text, while the others use gray).
Note that this field is actually not a mandatory field (Project management can be done without defining contacts.)[BUG]
Desired:
1. The summary should show "0 contacts" in the third column (this is skipped)
2. The tip should be shown in the last column, and with the same font.

It is designed this way, to highlight tips as long as user did not create corresponding item.

It is just a start guide of what should be done (best practice), not what must be done
