In access mode, there are two type of manager:
+ Manager:
- read rights : Elements of own projects
- create rights : Elements of own projects
- update rights : Elements of own projects
- delete rights : Elements of own projects
+ Manager+:
- read rights : Elements of all projects
- create rights : Elements of all projects
- update rights : Elements of all projects
- delete rights : Elements of all projects
But it doesn't seem to work correctly. I had the access mode is Manager+ to all elements but i only can create and delete element, not update. So i change the access mode to Manager and i can create, update, delete all element of all project.
Can anyone explain this to me?
I can tell you that Manager+ access right works fine : I use it every day for Admin user....
We would need more details on what you did to understand what was wrong.
Here is my current sittuation:
I Had two projects: A and B
I added my self to the affections of A, with access with all access mode of my profile are "Manager+". In order to change any kind of status of project's elements (Status of Project,Activities, Actions...). But in the end, I can't.
So I change my access mode of my profile to "Manager", and wahlah I can change any kind of status of project's elements even with the one i don't have any affection.

Manager+, giving access to "all project" is dedicated to be used as defaut profile for user, for instance for admin.
This gives access without having to "affect" resource to project.
But you're right, there may be an issue as Affectation as Manager+ should at least give access to current project.
