We have recently upgraded to ProjeQtor v5.1.3 in our company and now users cannot set their profile picture.
In the 'User Parameters' page, the 'Photo' control is visible, but when you expand it, you just see a blank space underneath,
I have attached a screenshot.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

V5.1.3 is quite old.
Try and migrate to most recent one (last stable is V6.2.5)
