Hi ProjeQtOr Community,I’m a new user of ProjeQtOr and I’m encountering an issue when trying to create an activity. Here’s the problem:

• I created a project and have created two activities so far.
• Upon trying to create a third activity, I received an error (see screenshot attached) and checked the log (see other screenshot).

Steps Taken:

• I ensured that my PHP configuration (php.ini) has a valid date.timezone setting.
• I checked the global parameters in ProjeQtOr to ensure the timezone is set correctly.

Despite these checks, I’m still encountering the error. Can anyone provide insight into what might be causing this issue or suggest any additional steps I should take? Does this software typically have many issues/bugs? I have encountered numerous thus far.Thank you for your assistance!
