Hello
If Parameters --> Global parameters --> Default values for user parameters --> display of the upper menu : hidden
and a new user logs in the first time, then the upper menu is not shown, but the space for it is still there but blank instead of the space is hidden

Issue recorded as Ticket #5126
But it should be obsolete on V9.0 😉
