Hi,
in saveTenderSubmission an object CallForTender is instantiated and not used. I wonder if it has been created for a forgotten relevant reason that has to be coded, or it can be deleted.

It was initialted to retreive data that may be used to store the tender, but as only its id is used ($callForTenderId), it can be removed.
