what is the function of this new feature?
Catalog is a shortcut to define bill lines (of quotation lines).
You just define Catalog items (for service or product) in the corresponding screen, with description, specification, cost, ...
Then on bill line you can just select Catalog item to retreive its data in the bill line description ans specs in the bill description.
