Hello,
As you can see in the file attached, a milestone line (the orange one) appears below the "bijectrice" line.

It can be a real use case, showing soe anomaly in the planning : it means that at a given date, the milstones has a planned end date before the current date and was not done yet.
This can happen if the milstone was not replanned or if it is (or was at this date) a "fixed milestone".
