Reserve#3 : No aibility to test the functionality which permit consolidation at "level enterprise".
This function will be testable only when the next version including indicators (KPI duration, KPI workload, KPI deliverable quality and inputs quality) will be delivered.

But is this already set as Organization.
You can define an Organization for each project.
You'll then have summary for all current projects on Organization.
