Just installing the 9.2.3 Version and create a new project, putting me as a ressource with "gestionnaire" right for R/W/M documents
Clicking the add document and been said "you don't have access right to access this element"
Checking with admin account = good .
Any clues ?
Regards
V9.1 introduces access rights on directories.
Check that your user has rights to store the documents on the selected directory
Using LDAP to authentifcate to projeqtor, I added my user LDAP group & myself personally on the security properties tab of the root document directory set onto Projeqtor configuration.
I gave full control access to directory+child directory and I check that security on all child directory is properly set on child dir
Still can't add documents.
Note : my admin account of projeqtor is not on LDAP and have no proper "windows right" onto that document directory but can add documents. So when you say "check that your user has right access".. at which level are you talking about ?
ok. I checked something.
- my account is set as a ressource of the project with a "project leader" profile
- project leader is set with "gestionnaire" rights (Read/Create/update/suppress - on its projects) on all document directories.
- With this level of access, I can't create documents.
- I modified right access of project leader with "gestionnaire+" right.
- With this level of access, I CAN create documents.
So it means to be like either "gestionnaire" access "on its projects" has a problem OR that it's like my account is not considered "as a ressource" of my project ??
Any other clues ?
I cannot reproduce.
I have same test case on Demo.
Project Leader is "Manager" (Gestionnaire" in french).
He is also "Manager" on Document access rights
Connected as Manager (profile Project Leader), creation of document is fine
Pay attention that with this configuration you cannot add document to directory dedicated to a project you are not allocated as Project Leader.
You can try on Demo with user "manager"
Wait I Got Something !!!
If I use the "document" link in the top menu then, click on create document, it seems to work
If I use the document directory tree, click where I want to create a document then click create document, it's not working (even with good Project selected)
Hi,
I confirm the issue when accession though the directory access.
