Does the email functionality work correctly ?
Did you ever send an email ? (on status change)

Yes i receive mail on status change, activity created. In the message after save the note there have not message (mail send) as on status change and save activity.

Can you post screen shot on how you configured note event for mails ?

It's the configuration for add a note on activity

1) Could you check it is works if you define email on note add for Ticket ?

2) You intend to send email to emitter and responsible : are these fields set for your activity, and do the correspondong resource have a valid email ?

I try with ticket but it's the same bug

I just tried many way and could not reproduce your issue : email is correctly sent for me.

Could you :
- check the log file for any issue
- try to force sending to fix email (Check "others" in the email event, and enter an email)
- create a public note (emails are not send when creating a private note)

With the 2.6.2 it's ok with the same configuration as 2.6.1
