Update: it's not worksynthesis report, which is displayed. If not selecting a decidated project, then only left table of gant chart will be displayed, but no gant.bars.

I cannot reproduce this issue.
I tried with admin and project leader.
Can you check log file for reported errors ?
Did you try with several users/profiles ?
Can you also try to select each project one by one : maybe issue is linked to one project...

The only way I found to produce the behaviour your get is to select a start date after the end of last task...
