My question is simple :
I have defined a Bill and it's ok if I do the Real Work Allocation before defining the Bill lines.
But when afterwards I want to modify the Bill Lines I get the message : "Bill is locked"
How can I change that ? How can I unlock the Bill in order to modify it ?

In fact you should not unlock a bill.
It is autoamtically locked when status is done : this sets the bill reference, that will be unique, and after this step bill should never be changed.
Only way to unlock is to remove the billId is the database.
But once again, a bill should not be changed after it's done.
Process should be : cancell bill and copy it to a brand new one that you'll be able to change.
