Afin de faciliter l'utilisation des nouvelles fonctions, lors de la sortie d'une version majeure , est-il possible d'ajouter dans le manuel utilisateur une page avec" l'historique des modifications / des nouvelles fonctions" avec les pages concernées.

Unfortunately this would not be very easy due to technical way to deploy user manual (shinx-doc).
We do not master page numbers and I don't know if this format manages references.
It is a format designed for online web manual, and export to PDF is just an extra feature.
