How to explain that one user does not have access to certain product in a particular ticket, i mean he is not able to change product to the right one. Is there any specific access rights?
On a ticket you should see only product versions linked to the project of the ticket.
Also, users will automatically have restriction visibility to products linked to all the projects they are allocated to.

As i am able to see more products than my colleagues (i'm admin as u know)
As admin you see all : as you get acces to all projects, you get access to all products, without limitation.
The problem arises when the customer created the ticket with a product that is not good.
The hotliner does not have access to all the products-versions of the project to correct the ticket.
What is the option to activate in order to be able to authorize it?
I don't want to put him administrator

The Project has several Products available.
The application was created under the wrong product, there have already been notes to add.
Unfortunately when the hotliner wants to rectify the product, it only offers 2.
Difficult to analyse you changed captions.
Note that "target product version" won't list version that as in service.
