I'm trying to assign people on an activity that i created. The problem is when i browse the dropdown list, i see 3users possible. Problem is that i have a lot more. I have the same problem when i try to assign a responsible to the activity, but there i can click on the magnifying glass and select him.
Why can't i have all user listed in there ? What do i need to do for those users to get listed there ? All of my users are listed as ressources.

J'essaye d'assigner une personne à une activité mais impossible car il n'est pas présent dans la liste. J'ai le même soucis lorsque je veux définir le responsable mais je peux à la limite cliquer sur la loupe et aller chercher mon utilisateur. Le soucis c'est que lorsque j'essaye d'assigner une personne à l'activité, je ne vois que 3 de mes utilisateurs alors que j'en ai beaucoup plus.
Comment cela se fait il ? Que dois-je faire pour pouvoir voir tous mes utilisateurs dans cette liste déroulante ? Tous mes utilisateurs cont considéré comme ressources pourtant.
You can assign only resources affected to the project of the activity.
Just affect the resources to the project, it will solve your problem, and this will give visibility of the project's activities to the resources 😉
Ah yes ! I added the user to the project but i needed to add the project to the "ressource user".
