Hi,
Why my user is not able to add/update/delete an Assignation and all access tights are ok. Maybe i loose something?

Is he allocated with correct profile on the project ?

Other possibility : you hid work for his profile...
I guess it is this point as work value is hidden on assignment table.
A user who cannot see work values cannot update assignements, that defines work.
