Is there somewhere a step-by-step to install ProjeQtor on a mac os?
I have NO tech knowledge on Apache server and php..
I would really love to install the project software but I am stuck at the very beginning.
any help highly apreciated.

Install process is the same on Windows and Mac.
You have to install a xAMP stack (MAMP for Mac, WAMP for Windows, LAMP for Linux,....)
Then process is the same.
If you don't manage this simple step, maybe you should concider choosing hosted SaaS mode.
Note that ProjeQtOr is a web application that should be installed on a Server to enable collaboration.
It's not a desktop application, even if you can install it on your desktop for testing purpose.
