In the customization of screens, I would like to make mandatory the estimated charge of the tickets, but this field does not appear.

The work part on tickets is, technically, on another object, on a "WorkElement" (like, for instance, the Project - Planning Element).
We once added the WorkElement in Screen Customization but faced several issues, so desactivated it.
We've added the point to the roadmap of the plugin so that you can customize these values.
To come on next version of the plugin.
