I generated a report of a global planning project&resource per month, however, some of the numbers are not integer numbers, like 49.999, 30.001. I don't know where they are coming from because there are all integer numbers in the planning.

These may be rounding issues.
Are you dealing with "work plan per resource and per month" ?
NB : it may be due to input in hours and display in days.
Is it a bug then? Although it's not a big issue it doesn't look good when I want to present it to our manager.
I recorded ticket #3940 to have a look at it.
It will be fixed if it is an issue.

I see that the bug has fixed however the sum numbers are still decimal numbers.
I cannot reproduce.
Could oyu please post entire report result ?
It's the "Global planning project/resource per month" report. I'm using V8.0.2
