This seems really weird as this feature exists for long and has not been changes.
Could you check data in table history : is the cange correctly stores (witrh id of correct user) ?

The updates displayed in the history panel are also displayed in Report -> Detail History of an item
so these updates are saved in the table.

Sure they are saved, but I would like to know if it's saved with correct idUser (and displayed incorrectly) or saved with wrong idUser.

We checked in the history table and actually the id is that of the user who appears on the poster of the history (so it's a bug).
