[#2140]

I can't seem to work out how to add a new user into the program and assign them permissions.

Just go to Environment. Parameters >> Users.
You can add a user and set him a profile.
For more information about profiles and access rights management, read user manual [F1].

I am still confused. Is this feature available on the Demo. I have gone to Environment and can't seem to find parameters or users.

Also I can't find anything in the manual about this either.

Hi,

No, on demo you don't have rights to create users.
If you connect as manager, you can create resources, but not users.
Only Admin is allowed to create users.

Okay, that explains why I was unable to see this. Can you direct me to where on the manual I can read up on how to create users and allocate them permissions.

Maybe even send me a photo image of what it looks like. The reason I am asking, is have thoroughly tested out the program and think it is great, however it is important for me to see how the user allocation is before I download the product and get my staff to use it. I want to make sure that as the administrator I can control what they can and can't do and see.

On user manual, look for tag 'user', you'll find description of user( much looking like resource).
On user, you define profile.

Then, go to tag profile on user manual, and have a look a following pages, describing access rights managements.
