You just have to enter Real Work (thought real work allocation screen) for administrative projects.
You don't need to define assignment, nor affectations (this is the interest of administrative projects).

How to setup different type of days off to be selected by users in that specific administrative project?

Real Work Allocation

It is now called "Timesheet"
("Imputations" in french)

You have to define one Administrative project.
Then you add as many activities on this project as you wish : every user will see these lines in their Timesheet
(no need to create allocations to project, nor assignment to activities)

NB : V7.4 will provide a new way to enter this kind of work, in a "calendar like" view.

Ok understood, but i would like to create a workflow about days off (manager approval, HR approval, etc..). So how to connect a workflow as you said to use timesheet only where i do not find worflow feature?
