Actually I come across a problem. When I finished inputting the basic information of the project, how can I establish a link to my project filing folder in my computer for all of our departments visiting and checking the relevant information of this project ?

To enable collboration, you must install ProjeQtOr on a server, remotely reachable through http.
Maybe you can enable http acces to remote users on your computer, but it is not the good way to do it (when your computer is off, no-one can access the data).
If you cannot set-up a server, we can provide hosting.
Have a look at hosting service.

Yes. I have intalled this software in the server and runned well in my computer. I wonder whether i can establish a link between ProjeQtOr and our project folder in our public drive, so when my collegue open the ProjeQtOr software and check more information about some project, they can click the link and open the folder from public drive? you can use "add link" for project, so instead of using "attach file", use attach link (icon is just right attach file).
Use a link like file://
