[#3960]

Dear all,
I am Christophe Noisette, a French journalist specialized on issues related to GMOs and seeds. I try to used projeQtor but i have several understanding problem.
By example, we have a CA (board meeting), in 2017, January, 9th. The duration of the meeting is 7.5 hours. But when I ask for the "planning", I have several errors. I can't manage to oblige the planification to use all the ressources to the meeting. The meeting is not an option... So I want to precise it, but where... and is it possible ?
All the best
Christophe

PS : I will be happy if one of you could send me a private email to "discuss" about ProjeQtor. I think I don't well understand some bases, but the manual is quite light.

Sorry, I sent two pic which is not concerned by my pb... My pb is that I want to impose some plannification, and I can... and when ProjeQtor decide to plan some ressources, I can't change it. Even if I reduce assignation... Even If I delete some task. I ask for a new plannification, but nothing change.

1) Do you run planning calculation for concerned project ?
2) What is project type ?
3) has project "fixed planning" ?

1) Yes, I did it.
2) I change the project type : i have created a new one which is "projet ponctuel". I didn't know that "project type" has an influence on the plannification. Where could I see the consequences of a special type to the plannification process?
3) Yes, Journal 144 is "fixed planning"

3) Yes, Journal 144 is "fixed planning"

Then planning is never recalculated for this project 😉
Uncheck this option, it should fiw your issue.

Yes, now the planning is recalculated. Thanks.
Now i would like to know why the meeting (January, 9th) has still a "problem".
I have on planning issue, an alert : "Des tâches n'ont pas pu être planifiées complètement :
7,4 h - Christophe Noisette - Réunion #56 : CA"... why? I have enough ressources, so I don't understand why the planning can allow all the necessary ressources to this meeting.
Thanks again
Christophe

If real work allocation is imputations (in French), I checked it yet.
Please find the screen capture for this user, for January, 9th, when the meeting is going to occur.
You will see that just 5,4 hours are planned, and no other task is planned at that day. And I need more more resources, more time for this meeting.
I assigned 13 hours because in our organisation some travel are calculated as "working time", so I need to assign the travel to calculate with precision the available resources.

What is the type for project "Admin / Gestion" ?
=> If it is "Administratif", it explain the issue : "Adminsitrative" projects are not planned. Just change type for project. (for instance you may create new "internal" type)

What is affectation rate of "Christophe noisette" on project "Admin / Gestion" ?
=> If it is zero ,it explians the issue : rate to zero forbid to reserve some work on the project.

No, "admin / gestion" is not a "administrative" projects, but a "projet récurrent", a type of project I have created and which code is OPE (I think it is for "Operational project", isn't it?)

No, Christophe Noisette has a 200% rate. I put a such rate because I want that for some project, the working day is more than a normal working day. I did it so to manage "over time work".

It won't change a thing compared to 100%.
Allocation rate is not a capacity, it is just a limit...

OK I put back 100% ... but I have still an alert saying that "Following tasks could not be completely planned :
7,4 h - Christophe Noisette - Meeting #56 : CA"... so the pb is not here...
