j'ai "verrouiller" (locked) un compte utilisateur par erreur comme administrateur je n'arrive pas a le déverrouiller.

To be more acurate, i have use the lock property in the users Adminstration panel,
now i find it impossibile to reverse the setting. Do i have to
- go directly in the user data base and change it by hand
- or is there an other panel where it is possible to unlock the user
and is this a bug or a feature ?

You're facing an issue existing on 3.3 that has been fixed on V3.4.
Just migrate to V3.4.4 (stable release) to retrieve the ability to unlock a user.
