Is it possible to import automatically some documents ?
Yes.
Define the import deirectory in golbal parameters.
Put your import files in this folder.
But sure CRON is running (see administration screen)

I put a pdf files on my create directory, and i received this message:

Ok I have just read the manual, we only can import CSV and XLSX files !!!
it is not possible to import automatically pdf in document folder ?
No, not directly.
You must create csv (or xlsx) file that will describe the document (its meta-data) and may include version (that includes file) with possibly link to file you want to include.
You'll find more information in changlog for V6.1

there is some mistake:
Import ERROR : file MPHY16105217A-Hublot.pdf imported with 1 errors [ Number of 'MPHY16105217A-Hublot.pdf' imported : 0 ]
Import INVALID : file Document_20170303_101500.csv imported with 1 control errors [ Number of 'Document' imported : 0 ]
1) imported file (pdf) should not be on smae folder (possibly you can store it is a sub-folder)
2) Control error should be logged in log file...

1) Remove pdf file from import directory
2) Locatrion (emplacement) should reference an existing directory defined in projeqtor (tyry and export document list in csv format to get an exemple)
document is created on data base, but the pdf file is not transfert and not linked ...

automatic moved pdf files on good place: ok
I show the document on projeqtor, with the link. But when I click on preview or dowload I show this message...
Can you try with another file to check this one is not corrupted ?
For instance, try with a text file...
Maybe you transfered file to server as text instead of binary mode.
I try with test.txt file, it's import, database and file... but when I open or preview it, it's open but empty.
but when I go directly on folder /home/projeqtor/documents/Produits/plans/mécanique/ i find it and when I open it it's ok the txt file is full of the good text (like pdf also)
I thinf sotfware Projeqtor cannot read/preview import file !
How can i transfert file in binary mode?
When I try to open it, on the window of acrobat it's write 0 octet...

but when i go directly on the upload file folder, it's 172Ko...

an other point is "Projeqtor" during automatic import add (-A) at the end of the file... (see picture attached)
but on the file folder file name is MPHY16105217A-Hublot.PDF.181
ok, it's works but i must to enter the size in octets on taille de fichier(Version de document)...
it's not easy to find the size and enter the size of file for each file, if i have 50 lines on my csv, i must to enter the 50 size ... not so simple !!!
