Is there anyway to load a baseline to the planning ? I mean, put in the planning an old timeframe ?

No, it's not possible.
ProjeQtOr is an online collaborative tool.
So many thinks may happen on a project, including real work allocation, so get back to a backedup version of a project would set a real mess.
