[#5311]

Hi again,

I've got a strange behaviour

I've got a V1 component A using a V1 component B.

The start service date of V1 component A is the Same as the V1 component B

I made a V2 of component B and I fill "start service" . I put the same date for the 'end service of V1 of component B.

Going up hierchical Behaviour, I create a V2 for my component A and link it to V2 of component B

I mark start service date for my V2 component A, but as soon as I mark 'end service' to my V1 component A, the 'linked' version to V1 component B dissapear, so that It's Impossible to retrieve historical link between V1 component A & V1 component B ?

How to maintain those links visible ?

Note : composition links between "end service" version of PRODUCT and "end service" version of COMPONENTS still visible, it's the composition between 'end service' COMPONENT linked to COMPONENT that are lost...

Hi,

I cannot reproduce the issue.

NB : did you notice that you have a "show closed items" checkbox ?

Well, I guess I didn't well explain my problem.
Please find attached 2 screenshots.

- The first one is my current version of component when you can clearly see the version of subcomponents attached to it
- The second one is my old version of the same component with 'end service' status where the version of subcomponents attached to this version have dissapeared.

Guess it will be more comprehensible like this :p

Thx for help

Cannot reproduce this issue.
Which version of projeqtor are you using ?
Could you try and reproduce use case on Demo (demo.projeqtor.org) ?

I'm using V7.1.4 but it seems that I don't have exactly the same interface on component version ...
I've made a project with a similar structure on demo
https://demo.projeqtor.org/view/main.php?directAccess=true&objectClass=Project&objectId=63

with components version
https://demo.projeqtor.org/view/main.php?directAccess=true&objectClass=ComponentVersion&objectId=6
https://demo.projeqtor.org/view/main.php?directAccess=true&objectClass=ComponentVersion&objectId=9

and it's working properly on your demo site :'(
However it seems that all "close" relation works 'fine' on the demo site , much more better than on my own intranet site

I don't know why.. maybe I'm gonna make a "clean" install of V7.1.4 instead of upgrading, but I really don't understand why there are so much differences....

If you've got any idea why I've got that phenomena, I will appreciate ^^ 🙂

It may depend on global parameters for "configuration" parameters.
Could you post screenshot of your parameters ?

It can be due to parameters or unproper browser cache. Try and clean browser cache.

I've tried several small things :
I manage to keep visible the sub components used in older "closed" version using the Option "display product version on delivery" ... hum... don't really understand the link between that, but putting ON this option makes the deal !!!

Thanks for your time
