as i don't understand clearly how Project'Or RIA manage the planification, and as i have a complicated Project with subproject and more....
i would like to plan manually severals Taks.
so my question is : is it possible to manualy planned tasks with defined ressource, lock them, and then perform a planification and let Project'Or RIA to plan all other tasks.
in the same way is it possible to see a yearly view of ressource planification, the objective is to be sure all ressources are fully busy.

How do you expect to "manually" plan ?
The only way to fix some tasks is to define the correct planning mode for the task.
Have a look at the online manual [F1], about planning, you may find some help.
There is no way to "fix" some tacks planning inside a sema project.
All you can do is plan tasks sub-project by sub-project.
Planning a project will never interfere with already planned project.
What do you mean as a yearly view for ressource planification ?
There are several reports that give such visibility, including availability of each resource.

manually plan mean (from my point of view) : manually affect ressource on task.
because today, when you want to plan work, you must perform planning calculation, otherwise you don't have any ressource affected to tasks.
it should be great to have to possibility to affect ressource on tasks "manually".

it should be great to have the ressource plannification by year not only by month, like it's done on the "colored monthly ressource planning" but by year with a resolution not by day but by week with an indication of the % for the week.

like this it's possible to know ressource availability globaly for the next year.

in fact my major trouble is :
- i have several project, severals ressources, and lot's of tasks.
and i'm not sure after planification that all of my ressources are occupied all the time, between the beginning and the end of the global project.

It's not possible today.
The only possible way it to directly enter real work in the corresponding screen...
