"Change history" visible on projects and activities

Each user just has to change its own user parameter to "show history"

As Babynus wrote, every user can change behavior of his change history in this own user parameters. This is not in Global Parameters. From my pov it should be clear.
I now didn't chatch the point of your last post and how it belongs to the change history. Could you please specify your question and / or issue a little bit.
