Hi all,
Is it a way to create a milestone that can be seen by all the user in his diary (the same milestone for everybody)?

Use a meeting.
A meeting is like a fixed milestone.
If you want like a floating milestone, you use an activity with planning mode "Work together".
You assign the element to everybody.
You recalculate planning and meeting or task is displayed in the Diary.
