Milestone: default planning mode "fixed milestone" when creating new milestone

Hi,

I didn't find topic on this subject.

Is it possible to update default planning mode when creating new milestone ?
Currently, new milestone are created with "floating milestone" planning mode and i wish have "fixed milestone"

You just have to update sortOrder in table planningmode.
