i wanna know if we can change the paper format for the PDF reports.

Not with a parameter.
But you can change the code. In /view/print.php, line 131 :
$html2pdf = new HTML2PDF('L','A4','en');
Refer to the html2pdf library ( http://html2pdf.fr/) to get the available parameter values.
