Is it possible to define a predefined text for result field?
Regards,
Evgueni

No, it's not.
I'm sure result is not always the same...
And result is not to be inserted on creation, but when item is done.

In this case may be you can suggest how to sort out this situation: on work done developer must confirm that he has done some checks (check 1, check 2, check 3, check 4) and this information need to be kept for audit...

There is no way to automatically check this.
Even predefining Result with

check 1 : Y/N
check 2 : Y/N
check 3 : Y/N
check 4 : Y/N

, will never check that developer has changed values to really check.
Only a manual control can be done : for instance after status "Done", add new status "Checked" in the workflow, that only project leader (or at least profile different from Developer) can select.

No, it is simpler - Developer just confirm that the checks are done - like a phrase: "I confirm that this, this and this is done"

Then I don't understand the need for a predefined text.

I mean that CHANGING STATUS developer confirms that...
So, this is kind of part of result

Ok, can we have predefined text in notes?
This is an example of declartion we need:
I confirm that the CR has:
* CUSTOMER FACING TEXT (if CR not INTERNAL)
* STRUCTURAL IMPACT ANALYSIS CONSIDERED
* TEST CASES COMPLETE
* ACCEPTANCE TESTS PASSED
* NIGHTLY TESTS PASS
* CONFORM TO THE COMPANY CODING STANDARD
