Hello.
I wonder if there is an option from a project budget, deducting money from there based on the expenses and costs to be taking the project.

Hi,
There is no Budget entity.
In fact, it may be managed as Validate Cost : if is the total cost that customer (possibly internal customer) provided to run the project. Then you can compare (and not subtract) planned cost vs validated cost.
